More Than Meatloaf


Here it is.  The solution to all of your meatloaf problems.  I've never really loved meat loaf.  I just don't love the taste of ground beef, but I do love flavor and this meatloaf is a big win.  So much so that it's 100% my kids' favorite meal! Even the picky ones love it!

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Cup cooked Pureéd Veggies
  • 1 Cups Rolled Oats
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Onion diced (You can feel free to throw this in the blender with your cooked veggies, unless you love chunks of onion... just not my thing, but the each their own)

Put it in a bowl and mix it up with your hands (I highly recommend wearing food grade gloves)

Place mixture into a round cake pan or a deep pie plate. 

mold into the pan and then create a hole in the very center so the meat looks like a ring.

Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.

Top with ketchup if desired, cut into sections, and eat it ALL.

Serve with all of your favorite meat loaf sides
